MEET THE BUILDER
I'm Charlie Messineo and I've been building homes for over 38 years. Here is a short history of my migration to North Carolina and St. James Plantation. My career started in 1967 in Bergen County, New Jersey where I owned and operated Messineo Builders, a highly successful building business. My son, Doug continues our professional tradition in the North (Messineo Builders of New Jersey). We specialized in remodeling. However, we were also licensed New Home Builders and have constructed over ninety new homes with an impeccable record.
In 1997 I decided it
was time to head south for the warmer climate of North Carolina. I am trained by old school experts using state of the art techniques, which makes me a top man in
my field. My expertise is in trimming, framing and business management thus completing the combination.
I have already built over
80 homes here in St. James, including my own. See for yourself the high standards that I have set in my workmanship. Our team also consists of the same subcontractors for the last five years. This makes our operation run in a smooth and timely fashion. We pride ourselves in completing our homes within the time frame we give to our customers.
